Some faults will not wait for an appointment. Lost power, a switchboard that keeps tripping, a burning smell, a hot switch or wiring exposed by storm damage — call the mobile and you will get a straight answer on how quickly Susan can get to you, and what it is likely to cost, before she sets off.

If there is smoke, fire or someone has been shocked, call 000 first. Then isolate the power at the switchboard if it is safe to do so.
